It is clean, quiet and extremely well-maintained with meticulous attention to detail throughout. The restaurant has incredible fresh, delicious meals. The staff are amazing - warm, friendly and very welcoming. We loved our stay at Ylang Ylang and hope to be able to return one day. "

"What an amazing little piece of paradise! What to choose when waking up in the morning? Pool? Beach? Both? The house was great and had everything that we needed, kitchen was really well stocked, tons of towels, hot water (between 7am-10pm), comfy king beds plus a queen air mattress. The area is not very touristy, safe and quiet, lots of locals around and the beach is pretty quiet, although busier during the Christmas/New Years week, but never crowded. The water is very swimmable with fun waves. Beautiful sunsets! Local macaws and iguanas come to visit. There is a nice restaurant (Costa Linda) 600m (7minute walk) away. There is space to park the car inside the gate and the main road is paved, the last little bit is gravel. Hoyt is an amazing host, so very responsive and helpful. Any questions, simply ask and he will get back to you very promptly. Definitely recommend!"

"The whole experience was exceptional. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. A relaxed vibe to the hotel which perfectly matched the area. Clean, well maintained and comfortable throughout. Breakfast was fresh and made to order. It was delicious! We saw so much wildlife around the grounds of the hotel, monkeys, birds, reptiles. The beach is a short walk away and felt a safe place to visit and was clean. I would definitely stay again. "
