"Owners stopped by and left us two more beach chairs an hour after we arrived, a nice touch there were 4 of us. House was worn but working, could use a lot of gardening but we were only there nights. Coffee was provided, air conditioning worked great, shower and beach towels provided, and a bar/restaurant 1 block up the same side street. Abandoned house next door had two horses grazing (there are many abandoned houses in PR)."

I called from the property, called the Host to request the lock box code, only to be told that I did not have a reservation. I told her it was through VRBO and she said she doesn't use it anymore and told me to go the other company's website to find my reservation and then tell her how to find the reservation on the other site so she would then give me the code to the lock box. "It was an excellent, its the way these rentals were before 2020. Clean, comfortable, Kitchen actually has essentials in it (not that we cooked much). Beds were super comfortable, the AC in the bedrooms worked great. I would stay there again if I ever go back and its available. The neighborhood is very quiet after 10pm except for roosters. Very easy walk to all the restaurants, in town ."

"The property is rustic and ecclectic, close to town. Our rooms had all we needed for short stay. The views from 2nd floor amazing. The owner made certain to text important information before we arrived and made it a point to be there to welcome us personally, give us tour of property, and map with information regarding Vieques, colmados, times, etc. There was coffee, juice, bread, fruit and sweets in the morning. Towels, bug spray, etc for our use. Positive stay. "
