"This stay is just far enough from the busy parts of Esperanza to be quiet and comfortable but close enough for a pleasant night time walk to restaurants and the beach. It has parking spaces and is a short drive from everywhere we wanted to visit on Vieques. I also really appreciated the washer/dryer on the property and the faucets to wash off outdoors after a day at the beach. Overall it is a great place to stay in Vieques!"

"This is your place to stay on Vieques! The inside of the apartment far exceeded what we expected. There is a nice secluded balcony where you can sit and listen to the coqui or wait for the iguana to lay on his branch directly in front of you. The street where the apartment is on has several restaurants including Mama Mia's, a pizza place that rivals anything found in the continental US. Be sure and stop at the breakfast place across the street Piu Bello that also serves gelato."

"We absolutely loved this stay! This cute little haven was absolutely perfect! The pool was a perfect refreshing spot for night when you come back from dinner but still need a refreshing dip. Iguanas chickens and a kitty hung out in the yard from time to time which we loved. And the view was beautiful. The host was super responsive and helpful. Vieques was our favorite part of our trip!!! "

"Owners stopped by and left us two more beach chairs an hour after we arrived, a nice touch there were 4 of us. House was worn but working, could use a lot of gardening but we were only there nights. Coffee was provided, air conditioning worked great, shower and beach towels provided, and a bar/restaurant 1 block up the same side street. Abandoned house next door had two horses grazing (there are many abandoned houses in PR)."

I called from the property, called the Host to request the lock box code, only to be told that I did not have a reservation. I told her it was through VRBO and she said she doesn't use it anymore and told me to go the other company's website to find my reservation and then tell her how to find the reservation on the other site so she would then give me the code to the lock box. "Overall a great experience. Betty and Miles are wonderful hosts. They know the island and will give you useful tips. The apartments are newly updated and feel great. The view is awesome.
