"We only stayed for one night. Lovely clean room. Good Aircon. We had a balcony pool view. Although Coffee/Tea provided, there was no water/creamer/milk provided, so pointless really. Its near music Square and the restaurants and shops and of course a short walk to the ferry."

Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help created a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout our vacation. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and located in a fantastic setting. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the food offered a great variety with high quality at every meal. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service. Every interaction was met with a smile, and it was clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests' experience. Their attention to detail and dedication to hospitality made all the difference. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special.
