"It was a classic Jersey shore motel. Nothing fancy. But clean, air conditioner worked, pool was clean, and staff was helpful. Not much for "breakfast" and the beds were small and weren't great. But not a bad choice. My room wasn't covered in sand which was a bonus."

"Very cute house in a quaint cute town!We enjoyed our time at the house and the beach. The beach is in the cutest little inlet and it’s a three minute walk away. The pool is good. The AC is split units in the main bedroom and the LR and DR. The other two bedrooms have fans and if you slept with the doors open the AC will get there too. The sofa bed is made of these cushions that open up but it’s is not a mattress. Everyone in the town is very friendly. I didn’t see lifeguards at the beach. There is an area to swim that is cordoned off. It is pretty shallow. The 2 beach chairs they had at the house are light and very low to the ground. There was equipment for the pickleball. The pickleball and tennis courts and next door to the house. The people playing there does not make noise or bother you while you are at the house. The owner was very responsive."

"The property was lovely and quiet. There was lots of public space with even a game room. Our room was huge although the wall TV was positioned so that it was not easily seen from the beds which was odd. The parking was on-site and adequate. Breakfast is served at another property which is a few blocks down the street - not the most convenient, but OK. There is only one time for breakfast - 9:00 am which was late for us and if you are staying there for any reason that requires a specific schedule, this could be a problem. The main issue we had was they said that check-in was only from 3-5pm and late night check-in couldn't be accommodated which didn't work for us. After a significant amount of back forth, they agreed to self-check-in which was very easy. Since staff aren't physically at the property, self-check-in should be offered up front. However, I wasn't told the address of the breakfast property and I didn't discover that they offer on-site coffee until the end of my stay. Also, on the last day they put a property info sheet in my room. So basic coordination/communication could improve but the property is comfortable and charming and the breakfast was tasty. Please note that this property has shared baths."
