"Very good staff"

"Sometimes cold water shower only this is the problem "

"Room was a smoking Room. Had cigarette burns on the sofa, the furniture all smelled of smoke. The furniture needed washed. I specifically asked for a non smoking room. Even paid for an upgrade. Staff are unresponsive when it comes to e-mail or phone calls. Cleaning and breakfast staff were very attentive. "

"Parfait. Je recommande, très bien"

"Shops and transport very close a little confusing how to get through the barriers to try and get the bus there is a screen to purchase a card bit there wasn't any English text so really struggled so ended up getting GRAB car\bikes to get me around .hotel is a little dated but the staff on reception were excellent "

"Paint and moldings were peeling, staff was unhelpful and did not even answer calls to front desk. Only plus was it is near Gambir Train Station, and the helpful check out staff. And there are about 10 steps up to the hotel from ground level."
