"This hotel is very centrally located. This is it's good feature. Rooms are very old, I estimate at least 65 years oldand have not been very well maintained. All doors, windows, floors, bathroom fixtures were defective or on the verge of breaking. This includes all locks, latches and hinges. None of the windows or doors were weatherproof or soundproof, which made for particularly cold, humid and noisy rooms. The hotel advertises as pet-friendly.
