"Great place to stay, very rustic with great amenities. Beautiful pond in the back with walking paths. Very relaxing outside. The staff was great too. They also had an indoor to outdoor pool. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because we thought the mattress was a little uncomfortable and they could use better pillows. It was conveniently located to restaurant and the Cable Dahmer Music Venue."

"A nice, clean hotel and the staff was helpful at check-in when my online reservation did not come up as I had placed it and they made changes to better fit my family's need. It was also quite a quiet hotel even though it was fully booked. The location was great - close to 435 easy to get to the venues we needed. The only thing that was a little sub-par was the breakfast. The coffee machine was broken and the replacement didn't work very well. My kids had a few stale items and the hot food was just okay."

"The TV only had three channels or so that worked. The checkin process was the first time I used a kiosk to get all the info was not an easy process but when I finally got my key card."

"We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and so was the older lady that worked in the breakfast area. She was amazing! Would definitely stay again if we’re in this area."

"The room was very nice and spacious, but the shower floor was dingy. Actually, the whole bathroom was dingy. The countertop is clean, but the red wood had layers of grime. The white paint was yellowing and especially underneath the sink when you’re sitting on the toilet, you can see how dirty the floor actually is. Normally, I would ask to change rooms but we were there late on a Thursday staying till Sunday so I’ve just ignored it. The pool water was cloudy and the chlorine was overwhelming. But the evening reception was lovely and the free omelette station and breakfast was wonderful as well. Super busy place the front desk gentlemen Brent was very gracious and helpful and overall it was a nice stat."

"This was an excellent experience from the front desk staff to the maintenance and housekeeping. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I truly enjoyed having a balcony to sit out on in the evening and early morning it was great. Everything about our visit was amazing and I will return."

"The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel has plenty of parking around it. The location was great. It was only 12 minutes from the venue in Raytown. We really enjoyed our stay."
