Super pet friendly!

As with most lodging establishments, the shower heads are almost always partially clogged so that the pressure is diminished.

Room was clean, we travel with dogs and there was a great area to walk them and they had bags for the poop. Will be back next time we are down that way. Creswell bakery has great food too.

The front desk receptionist was very helpful and attentive. She was also kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is new and beautifully maintained—overall a great experience.

Great stay

Nice staff

For some reason we ended up with an accessible room but it was great, there was plenty of room and it was really clean. We stay here everytime we are in the Eugene/Springfield area.

It was a very convenient location to everywhere we wanted to go in Eugene.

What a delight! The landscaping is beautiful with so much color. The room was clean, well-appointed, and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all so kind and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Nice place, recently renovated

A very unique hotel that has a lot of things that a traveler likes such as a comfortable bed, friendly service and easy to get to a good restaurant.

Great hotel, the rooms were super clean and spacious. Had good k cups for the next morning. The gym was nice and clean too. Breakfast cost extra but was really good food. Every staff member we encountered was nice and friendly. Never used the pool, but it looked nice. Walking distance to Autzen stadium. Only down was parking was TIGHT! But there was street parking
