"It was quiet, a great price and out of the way, but not too far out of the way. Def not what it used to be, but for the price. The staff is extremely polite, helpful and curtious. They handled my packages perfectly, had no problem extending my reservation, helpful w another hotel taking advantage of my card on file and how best to handle the problem from a guest perspective. There were no undesirables running around the hotel and parking lot, unlike some of the hotels nearby. I felt safe. The towels are a little worn, and dingy but clean. Pool was quiet and clean. Courtyard was getting some landscaping maintenance when I was checking out. Very very very nice stay. Thank you."

"Staff at hotel and casino were great. Very helpful had answers to our questions. I wouldn't waste my time on the upscale restaurant Kellers, had reservations for 6:30pm. Hostess was busy talking to another staff member and we had to wait several minutes more, even after a waitress told her we were waiting. Then she takes us to our table and says our waitress will be right there to take care of us. Mind you we made reservation early before they got busy for a reason. As we sat looking over the menu and waited another 15-20 minutes with one other table occupied, my wife looked at me and said if this is how long we have to wait for water and to be greeted, I think we should leave. So we left. Couldn't tell you how the food is but the service was terrible. I do NOT recommend Kellers. Riverside bar and grill right up the street was great. Good food and great service."
