"As always the room was awesome. Unfortunately, the pool was only available the first of our 4 days booked. This was unacceptable as we chose Drury for its great pool and we were travelling with our 8 year old grandson. The manager on duty immediately offered a refund, though we still need a room somewhere, she offered to switch us to the Drury Westminster location for the remainder of our stay.
