"This property is ideal for a family or friends visiting Nashville — especially with a dog. The fenced-in back yard gives pups a great place to get their Zoomies out. And the two car parking garage adds to the overall value of this updated, modern interior, 3-bedroom house. (Parking downtown is expensive.) The location is incredibly close and convenient to Broadway, restaurants, etc. Management is extremely responsive and courteous. My only hesitation in recommending this place so highly is that...

"Great place to stay, plenty of space for us all and 3 separate showers / floors. Easy 10-15 minute Uber to broadway. Would definitely stay again and recommend for a comfortable home! There is 2 large stair cases just as a heads up for any older guests!"

"Our family are avid VRBO travelers. The difficulty it was to get on the wifi or a single one of our TV apps (Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, etc.) should have not taken the time or lengths it did to make it right. We constantly had to restart the wifi router, spend a lot of time we didn't have trying to get the televisions to work and any suggestions provided by property management did not work. I just don't think after a long day of travel, 6 children to care for and other contributing factors...

"This was a perfect place for our family weekend. The property is beautiful and well appointed. It had everything we needed for the weekend-ample space, comfortable beds, nice linens and well stocked kitchen. Owners have thought of everything! We brought games and cards from home and were pleased to see a closet full of the same! The location was close to great restaurants, grocery, etc. I will definitely save this one for the next time! "
