"This was one the best homes we have ever rented. It is immaculate, wonderfully decorated, well stocked and perfectly appointed. It’s roomy and cozy at the same time. Charming with all modern comforts. There were 6 of us and we were all comfortable. All of the mattress (even the Murphy bed) were amazing. It’s very close to restaurants and shops. Niantic is a charming seaside townMarkus and Mike were so communicative and helpful. It was really wonderful. 100/10 Can't wait to go back!"

"Great deck, nice spot to watch the water. Good access to the water next door. Nice cold AC and warm showers. Beds could use an upgrade, The kitchen is nice and the couches were comfortable. Also the fast Wi-Fi is great."

"Beautiful cottage near the Niantic. Short walk to the boardwalk and restaurants etc. Very clean and maintained property. My kids loved the added bonus of a few video games and board games.The host Erin was super helpful and responsive."

"Great home! Our family enjoyed the basement playroom and also the fire pit out back. The deck was huge and had comfortable seating and a nice fire pit there too. So close to our fishing location, which is under the Waterford bridge. House was clean and owners always responded right away to any questions I had. Only complaint would be the dip on the top of the driveway. It is very steep and both my car and my sons did bottom out a few times. But after messaging MK about it she said it was ok to park on the street and we did do that. Overall experience was great and we plan to come back in the near future "

"So many good things to say about this property. We chose this home because we wanted places to hang out and visit. Inside-big kitchen table and the living room area with lots of comfortable seating, on the outside-huge wraparound porch with chairs, a covered picnic table and out back a private large deck area, then a really nice private backyard with easy to move chairs. Unfortunately ran out of time for the firepit, but that was very nice too. Yard and gardens were lush and very well maintained. Quiet streets, quiet neighbors, nice for walking to the beach. The beach is better than the pictures! Rooms with comfortable beds, nice bedding and towels, lots of little extras I have not found in other rentals. It was like a home away from home!Also, a bunch of close good restaurants and shops! I will definitely try to come back again and stay longer!!The owners responded quickly to any questions I had, A hosts!"
