"Horrible. Reservamos por la mañana habitación, realizando el pago y estando la reserva confirmada en dos emails por hoteles.com. Cuando llegamos por la tarde nos dijeron que no tenían sitio para nosotros. Que habían vendido nuestra habitación. Nos tocó buscar otro sitio por la zona de última hora y teniendo que pagar mucho más por la habitación. En el hotel ni se molestaron en ayudarnos o darnos alguna alternativa. Les dio exactamente igual que nos quedaramos tirados!!!! Experiencia...

"We booked one of a room they have , but the air conditioner didn't work. Hopefully, another room was free, they moved us in, but the same problem. Also, the second room looked a bit outdated. Finely, they gave us the penthouse room on the top, it was really nice, and I would say, the only room worth staying there."

"Well kept room just outside of the main region of town - easy walking distance, and close to street parking (EasyPark Payment App), or to a parking station just around the corner (more expensive). Instructions to access the property were provided via whatsapp and were easy to follow. Airconditioning available as room was quite warm after a warm-ish day. Overall nicely presented room and bathroom."
