Apartment type 2 completely renovated in 2015, sleeps 4, 1 bedroom with double bed with storage chest, large closet with wardrobe and chest of drawers with three drawers overlooking sea side balcony equipped with 2 deckchairs. Very bright living room with sofa bed for 2 people, 2 armchairs, television, DVD, with access to balcony (table and 2 chairs). Fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, 2 bar stools. Shower room with large shower, 1 sink, electric towel dryer, hair dryer, washing machine, table and iron. Separate WC. Entrance hall with 2 closets.
Ideally located in a 3-star residence facing the large Val-André beach, in the city center, near the casino, the marine spa and all shops. weekly market, concerts and various summer events. free parking at the foot of the residence.

Brittany is perfect for a quiet late Spring break by the sea. This modern apartment is as-advertised, overlooking the beach, practical and trouble-free, the owner welcoming and friendly.
