Very bright, in the calm of a dead end of a seaside resort offering marine SPA, casino, cinema, discotheque, bars and restaurants; the house offers on the ground floor a living room with sea view, living room, fitted and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a storage room.

Ideal situation

We loved the modern house situated in a quiet area with its view of the sea at the front and countryside at the back. The coastal path is a few yards from the house and one way goes the short distance to the Port of Dahouet, the other to the resort of Pleneuf Val Andre both with superb views and places to eat. There are many beautiful places to visit by car. Alexandra was so pleasant and helpful and our whole experience was excellent. We highly recommend.

Lovely house, great location

A lovely modern clean house in a great location. Nice big garden with lots of decking and outsie furniture. Dahouet and Pleneuf-Val-Andre are lovely also. The owner communicated well with us and we had a great stay.

Our Brittany stay

We were so pleased with our accommodation. The location was excellent and in a very quiet and beautifully maintained location. Our house was spotless and extremely comfortable. We fully intend to return. The owner was delightful and very helpful.

Excellent stay

Everything in the holiday home was excellent as was the booking arrangements. The only comment we would make was that the owner didn’t give details of the situation as regards bedding- they needed to say if bedding and towels were included or not in the details of the property

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberin war wunderbar, französisch, englisch, mit Händen und Füßen. Das Ferienhaus war wunderbar, alles wie beschrieben. Wir hatten vergessen das wir selbst Handtücher mitbringen sollten, und Alexandra ist gleich nochmal los und hat uns welche gebracht. Selbstgemachten Marmelade fürs erste Frühstück und köstliche Kekse gab es auch noch. Der Kontakt per WhatsApp war jederzeit möglich. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Blick auf die Bucht herrlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig auf einer Anhöhe am Ende einer Straße. Besonders genossen haben wir den täglich Sonnenuntergang auf einer 5 Minuten entfernten Klippe. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mediterran eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die großen Fenster konnte man das Meer und auch den Garten sehen. Privatsphäre war aber trotzdem vorhanden, da die Straße so gut wie nicht befahren wurde und Nachbarn keinen Einblick in das Haus haben. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett und hat uns die Wohnung und die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe erklärt.Wir würden gerne wieder dorthin fahren.

Gut ausgestattetes, komfortables Haus ganz nah am Küstenwanderweg und an kleiner Badebucht. Dahouët und Pleneuf-Val -André sind über den Weg zu Fuß erreichbar. Für uns war es perfekt. Alexandra war immer erreichbar. Sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus in Laufweite zum Strand und gleich am GR34. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.Sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Ein durch und durch gelungener Urlaub: ein schönes, modern eingerichtetes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage, große helle Räume, ein sehr schön gestalteter Garten, in dem jetzt alles blühte, Wohnzimmer mit Meerblick, das Haus nur wenige Meter von Küstenpfad und Stränden entfernt - besser geht nicht! Dazu eine tolle Küstenlandschaft, ein schöner Ort, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nette Restaurants, u.v.m.

Séjour extra-ordinaire

Nous avons passé 3 jours de rèves dans cette maison très lumineuse, simple et de très bon goût - avec vue sur la mer depuis le Canapé. La météo exceptionnelle nous a permis de manger sur la terrasse au soleil, les balades sur le GR, le petit port avec ses restaurants et bien sûr, les 2 stations balnéaire proches - tout était parfait. Toller Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem komfortablen und ruhigen Haus - vielen Dank an Alexandra! Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir haben den Ausblick aufs Meer sehr genossen, ebenso den kurzen Weg zum Hafen (mit einer Bäckerei und Restaurants) und zur Badebucht. Auch Le-Val-André mit der langen Strandpromenade war zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und tolle Strände in der Umgebung. Alles perfekt!

Das perfekte Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren wunderbaren Urlaub hier in der Bretagne in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Dort haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt perfekt, sehr ruhig, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer, zum Hafen von Dahouet, sowie zum Bäcker. Man hat vom Ferienhaus einen fantastischen Meerblick, der schön angelegte Garten und die Terrasse laden herrlich zum Entspannen ein. Das Ferienhaus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt mit Alexandra war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank, Alexandra, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fantastisch

Super mooi gelegen huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer schoon en gezellig ingericht . Goed contact met de gastvrouw . Waar je wel rekening mee moet houden is dat er aan het eind van je tuin een mini camp voor kids is dus het is niet geheel stil overdag en in de vroege avond

Ein Urlaub und eine Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen ließen

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Bretagne verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen, per Fußweg mit Blick auf das Meer waren jedoch sowohl Bäcker wie auch Restaurants in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus hatte einen fantastischen Meerblick und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Mit dem sehr guten Wetter während unseres 2-wöchigen Aufenthaltes hatten wir großes Glück und konnten die Terrasse und den wunderschön angelegten und sehr gepflegten Garten sehr gut nutzen und genießen. Der Kontakt mit Alexandra war sehr gut, sie hat uns nicht nur sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen sondern war auch bei aufgetretenen Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten mit der Unterkunft die richtige Wahl getroffen und hätten uns in dem wunderschönen Ambiente auch bei schlechterem Wetter sehr gut erholt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Alexandra für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Charmante maison avec vue sur mer

La maison est idéalement située, a proximité des plages. La vue est agréable et dégagée. La maison est confortable et très lumineuse, avec un jardin fermé et une terrasse au sud. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ein Haus zum Entspannen

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Meerblick mit allem was man braucht: Fussläufig zum Strand, zum Bäcker und zu Restaurants in Dahouët dennoch ruhig. Sehr sauberes und renoviertes Haus mit viel Platz für die Familie und eigenem Garten. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Alexandra. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
