Stone house, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom / shower, in a pleasant setting of old houses and quiet greenery.
Pretty hamlet in a quiet Pleslin Trigavou near the estuary of the Rance, 100 m from The Green Lane between Dinan and Dinard and the heart of the tourist region Dinan / Dinard Emerald Coast.
Stone house completely renovated with charm, bright and cozy. Enclosed garden at the back.
Kitchen / Living / Dining room with wood stove, beams, very well equipped and more than pleasant.
Upstairs a twin room facing south, bathroom with large shower, separate toilet, all under beams.
Under roof and exposed beams large double bedroom romantic spirit.
Bed linen and towels included in season - Not included from November to beginning of March except for school holiday period or on request due to complications.
Also nearby is Golf de Tremereuc and Dinard / Saint-Briac seaside golf course. Sailing Club, Stables, Green Lane, Coastal Stars, Aquarium, Zoo.
Restaurants, Creperies. Dinard market and communes of the region.

A beautiful cottage in an ideal location for St Malo and Mont St Michel (if you don’t mind a bit of a drive). Very peaceful, lovely modern space.

Beautiful gite

A beautifully decorated and well equipped gite with a nice garden at the back of the property that has lots of room for children to play. The best thing for us was the close proximity to Dinan port (10 minutes in the car and free parking at the port). Be aware that access from here to the town is up a beautiful but steep cobbled street. Helen is a friendly and helpful host

We had a great time in Brittany

Dear Helen, thank you very much for the great holiday in your charming cottage. It is very lovingly and neatly furnished, has a beautiful fragrant garden that is perfect for relaxing and playing ball. If you have a car, it is a good starting point for interesting excursions and beach days in Brittany! Great also for families who like it quieter :). Gladly again!

Charming old farm style cottage with some nice sympathetic modern internal features. It's well located in a quiet little corner of Pleslin with easy access to towns & villages as well as the coast.

This cottage has been beautifully updated and provides all you need. It is scrupulously clean and is a credit to the owner / manager. Ideally located for easy access to some of Brittany's many beautiful places.

Thank you Helen, we had a lovely time at your very charming little cottage. All the facilities are great, all very clean. King size bed is very comfortable. Nice Vacation Accommodation

In a quiet neighborhood, walkable distance to groceries and pharmacy. Nearby walking/biking path. Convenient base for day trips throughout the region (Cap Frehel, St. Malo, Mont St. Michel, Dinard, etc.) Modern 3-level apartment in an old farmhouse. Kitchen and living room at ground level, bedroom with twin beds and bathroom & toilet on middle level. Top level is one large bedroom. Our host was very nice and responsive. Only drawback to the stay was an encounter with a neighbor about parking, so be sure to park only immediately outside the front door. We had expected cool, breezy, and rainy weather in early June, but it was hot the entire week. Bedroom fans might be a welcome addition for those guests used to cooler climates.

Wir bedanken uns bei Helen für den freundlichen Empfang und diesen schönen Aufenthalt. Es war an alles gedacht, die Ausstattung ließ uns entspannen und im Garten konnten wir mit Blick auf Apfelbäume den Tag nach Exkursionen ausklingen lassen. In den Küchenschränken findet sich sogar etwas Essbares für den ersten Abend (Verbrauch->Ersatz...) sowie Gewürze, Öl usw.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage, super liebe Gastgeberin!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Pleslin-Trigavou in Helens Haus. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und ist liebevoll und sehr gut eingerichtet. Helen war die gesamte Zeit unfassbar gut ansprechbar und hat sämtliche Fragen immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Touristische Highlights sind in der Nähe (Dinan, Dinard, St. Malo) und mit dem Auto oder - wer gerne Rad fährt - auch mit dem Rad gut erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen, wir haben es sehr genossen! Absolut toll!
