Great place to stay. Room was nice & clean. It’s super close to entrance #3 to Plitvice so you can just walk there. Had dinner there twice & breakfast once. All the meals were plentiful & tasty. Would definitely stay here on a future Plitvice trip.

Plitvica Lodge is located steps from the national part Plitvica lakes. You go on foot to the part entrance about 10 minutes. Getting there is by car, parking is free, drive cautiously, roads are very narrow. Lodge is in the Alpine lodges style, wooden houses, room was very comfortable and big. Restaurant served breakfast and dinner, Nice simple local food. God wines. We are happy with out stay.

Excellent location, room much bigger than you would expect, staff very friendly. Less than 10 minutes walk to Plitvica lake entrance. Breakfast was lovely. There is a free view of the lakes not far from hotel too.

Fantastic place just at the entrance to the national park. Nothing beats that location. The service was excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant in the garden and the food awesome. After dinner we spend some time in the beautiful garden. The room was comfortable beautiful and sparkling clean. Such a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay at Plitvica Lodge! ❤️ Everyone here is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. From the very first moment, we felt right at home. The rooms are absolutely lovely, spotless, and decorated with great attention to detail. The food is outstanding – everything is freshly prepared and incredibly delicious! One of the biggest advantages is that there is a direct entrance to Plitvice Lakes National Park right next to the property, making it incredibly convenient to explore the park. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and felt so comfortable here. A big thank you to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Plitvica Lodge to anyone visiting the area!

Such a beautiful place and you couldn't ask for a better location to visit Plitvice NP! We loved our room and the staff were very nice! The only couple of points to note: We were never told of a wifi code and couldn't find one anywhere, Reception is only manned for a few hours a day, and the cash only restaurant and limited menu meant we weren't able to eat at the lodge. However would still definitely recommend!

The property was very clean and spacious.. the Bathrooms were modern. We had a balcony with views to the forest. We walked right from the hotel into the National park and walked the Lake and the waterfalls. The service and food was great. We had Breakfast and dinner at the lodge, great wine. We didn't have to get back into the car until we left..Perfect.

Plitvica Lodge was an amazing experience and probably one of the highlights of our entire Croatia trip. The lodge is located in Plitvica Selo, only a 10–15 minute walk from the park entrance, which was incredibly convenient. We were able to leave our car and luggage at the lodge, so we didn’t have to worry about driving to the park or dealing with parking. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The staff was exceptional — incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They were waiting for us when we arrived, greeted us warmly, and provided all the information we needed about visiting the park. They also recommended the best route for exploring Plitvice Lakes, which worked perfectly with our schedule. The lodge’s restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Breakfast and dinner are served there, making it very convenient, but more importantly, the food was excellent. For dinner, they offer either a meat or fish platter, and both were absolutely delicious. They also have a great selection of beer, wine, and local spirits. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Everyone was so warm and welcoming that by the end of our visit, we felt like we had made new friends with the staff and owners. We truly loved our stay at Plitvica Lodge. It was one of the most memorable parts of our trip, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Croatia. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Plitvica Lodge. It is a family run lodge and everyone was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the generosity of their advice in the best ways to visit and enjoy the park and enjoyed the generosity of their meals- Bountiful and delicious breakfast and dinner. Recommend for ease of entering the park and for friendliness of hosts!

We were 4 women who booked 4 rooms. We arrived around noon and went into the park after some directions from the staff, leaving our bags in the parking lot. We returned around 5, were shown to our rooms and made ourselves comfortable before dinner. The family who live here and own/run the lodge were so friendly and welcoming. Dinner was fabulous... but you better be hungry because there's a lot of food... and complimentary drinks. The rooms were comfortable and we each had a terrace or patio. The showers were nice, too! It was a great place to stay!

Unfortunate

Not very friendly check in, would not accept credit card as form of payment, as not many restaurants around, dinner and breakfast were very expensive !!!
