Great location. 2 minute drive to less crowded entrance for the park and waterfalls. Staff SUPER friendly. If they have space, don’t hesitate to book a reservation.

The location is great right next to the entrance to Plitvice National Park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Grounds look nice but I arrived in the evening so I didnt get an opportunity to enjoy them. I would stay again if I make it back to that part of Croatia.

Our stay at the cottages was perfect. It was very clean. The staff were amazing. Mae was so helpful. We ate dinner and breakfast there. The food was delicious and the location was very convenient to the Falls. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience here. The room was lovely and the dinner and breakfast were fabulous! Mae and here staff were attentive hosts, making sure all of our needs were taken care of. Mae also gave us excellent advice on our hiking route around the lakes. This is a perfect spot to stay, just a short walk to the (secret) entrance to Plitvice Lakes Park.

This was our favorite place we stayed after a month of traveling through Croatia. The room was wonderful, but most importantly the bed was super comfortable! The property was very quaint and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! They gave us wonderful advice for our day in the park. The location is very privately located but has all the amenities you need on site. They offer an amazing breakfast assortment and a wonderful dinner option in a dining room just for the guests. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. This stay had all the comforts and conveniences you would want while also feeling like you are at home. And it was very convenient to access entrance 3 to the park from here. Highly recommend!!

This is a wonderful B&B. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast. Our room was in the new building and was updated, modern and spotless. Good A/C. 10-15 min walk to entrance 3 which was perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay near Plitvice National Park.

This was a beautiful cottage located near a much more secluded entrance to the park. We loved our room and the beautiful garden area where vegetables and herbs are grown and used in the kitchen. We had our breakfasts and dinners there and were surprised by how wonderful the meals were and how much attention was put into the preparation. I would give 10 stars to Natalie and Mae, who worked very long days and were at our service no matter what. They were kind and friendly to all of the guests, remembering our names and daily plans. We would most definitely stay again!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Let's start with Mae at the front desk. She was extremely accommodating and helpful with our check in and getting us ready for our adventure at Plitvice. Any questions I had, I could contact her directly and she would respond within a minute. Unbelievable. Melissa, one of the housekeeping workers was very friendly and took the time to answer any questions we had. Melissa's brother was the chef and could this man cook. He made a better "palaĉinka than my mom. Sorry mama. I cannot wait to come back. The surrounding area was like a step back in time to a more simpler lige. We loved it and thank you everyone!!

Very clean and comfortable room, very supportive staff, and a good dinner option. A very good value for the price. The location is super convenient to Plitvice park entrance #3, which is much less congested than the other entrances. My only suggestion is that, at 24€ per person, the breakfast option is over priced.

An exceptionally well maintained property with a friendly staff in a great location. If you're going to Plitvice National Park, I'd strongly recommend this property. It's an easy 10-15 minute walk into the park through gate 3. The staff was committed to helping every guest get the most out of their trip, going over routes and making suggestions using their very large map. We were also pleasantly surprised at how large and well appointed the rooms were. Like probably every other B&B in the area, they have their own restaurant. It's much more convenient than driving 10-15 minutes to the nearby village. The menu is limited, but the food is good. One final comment. You definitely want to purchase your park entrance tickets in advance, especially between May and the end of September. We got the two day pass and thought it was perfect. The Cottage staff will even help you with this.
