Single-family house "Podcempres", 3 storeys, renovated. 42 km from the centre of Makarska, 5 km from the centre of Baćina, 3 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 800 m2, wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 06.Nov.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, basketball, beach volleyball arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop "Baćina/Katići" 470 m, ferry 7 km, pebble beach 7 km.
3-room house 100 m2 on 3 levels. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and wood-burning stove. Upper floor: living room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), radio and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed. Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed. Shower/WC. Deck chairs. Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wunderschönes altes Haus mit einem traumhaft schönen alten, eingewachsenen Garten, der obendrein viel Platz bietet. Die ruhige Lage etwas abseits vom Trubel trägt auch ihren Teil zum guten Urlaubsgefühl bei. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und haben bereitwillig Tipps für Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung gegeben. Unterm Strich war es Erholung pur!!

Perfekt zum Abschalten!

Diese Unterkunft hat alles, was man wünscht, wenn man fern von Bettenburgen ganz entspannt Urlaub machen möchte. Sie lädt ein, sich schon morgens früh auf eine der beiden Terrassen oder an den Pool zu setzen, um den ersten Kaffee zu genießen. Die benachbarten Orte laden zu einem Spaziergang oder eine Runde im Meer ein. Auch die Entfernung zu Dubrovnik und Split sind für einen Tagesausflug überschaubar. Und wer die Natur liebt, bekommt auf den Spaziergängen voll auf seine Kosten.

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert u. eingerichtet.Die Ausstattung ist spitze, es fehlte an nichts. Handtücher waren in großer Menge vorhanden.Das absolute Highlight waren natürlich der wunderschön angelegte Garten und der Pool. Hier findet man Ruhe und kann entspannen. Die 2 Katzen des Vermieters hatten unsere Jung vom ersten Tag an ins Herz geschlossen. Der sehr sympathische Vermieter versorgte uns mit frischen Feigen. Einfach traumhaft

Traumhaft schönes Anwesen. Perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Sehr gepflegtes Haus sowie Garten und Pool. Die Besitzer sprechen englisch und sind bei Bedarf mehr als hilfsbereit. Reisetipps: Hügelige Landschaft, sehr schöne Küstenregion mit glasklarem Wasser. Die Einheimischen sind sehr freundlich. Einkaufen bei Lidl ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
