Located on the 1st floor of the residence, it includes an entrance hall with closet, a living room (1 x 140 cm sofa bed) opening onto the balcony, furnished with furniture and a TV, a fitted and equipped kitchen area (refrigerator, stovetop, oven/microwave combination), a bathroom with toilet, and washing machine. Shared bicycle storage. Wi-Fi included.

*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be disposed of in the designated containers in town. If the linen option is selected, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
