Welcome to Lézinadou, a quiet hamlet located 3 km from La Pointe de La Torche, a mecca for surfing in Brittany.
This house can accommodate 6 people.
It has just been renovated after 3 years of work with noble materials such as wood, stone, lime, hemp and cork.
It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a laundry and 2 toilets.
All rooms can be configured with double or single beds.
There is 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
The ground floor consists of a living room, a kitchen-dining room, a laundry and separate toilets. The bedrooms are upstairs.
A large courtyard is located in front of the house and there is also a garden at the back.
Please note that this accommodation is adjoining the house of our neighbors.
The old garage has been converted into a studio for activities such as yoga, dance, meditation, fitness, meeting, exhibition... It is ideal for camps, retreats and seminars.
This space can be configured or furbished depending on your needs.
It has a sauna that can accommodate up to 4 people and is very practical if you need to store surfboards and bikes.
There are 2 parking spaces in the courtyard and 1 in the garden.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided. All sheets are linen or cotton percale and shower towels are organic cotton.
You will be welcomed at the house by your host, Julien who after 12 years of experience in the holiday accommodation sector in La Torche will be happy to advise you on all the activities in the surrounding area (surf schools, beaches, cycling, nature walks and hikes, water sports, transport, shops, restaurants, visits, local products, events, markets, getaways on the islands...)
