"From the moment we arrived, we were well taken care of. Upon check-in, we were taken to our room and shown around. We were also informed of a festival in town, which turned out to be the highlight of the trip. In our room was a hand-written note and breakfast the next morning was served with a smile and a wonderful conversation. "This was in a great location and we were impressed with the staff and amenities. The property includes laundry and a drying rack which was perfect. The hotel included the Brixen pass which gave us access to nearby Plose mountain, the aqua centre across the street which was great and easy access to the town centre. "

The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. There was at least one owner in house who was very charming and made us feel very welcome. "We would stay again, but not when the weather is at all warm. There is no air conditioning, which made a stay on the top floor very uncomfortable at night. There was a tabletop fan in the room, but it made a lot of noise."
