Just two very minor downsides: (1) "Balcony" is just the one square metre landing at top of stairs. "Great place for a relaxing stay. Very nice and responsive hostess, super comfortable beds, had everything we needed. Very clean and private parking. You can watch the low tide retract by 1 Km to reveal a sandy beach. "
