Welcome to Lilia, a charming coastal neighbourhood in Plouguerneau, where this fully equipped house welcomes you for a comfortable seaside stay. Ideal for 6 travellers, it is located just 100 metres from the beach, easily accessible on foot. The tides will set the rhythm of your days: shore fishing, swimming, water activities or seaside walks, everyone will find something to enjoy. From the balcony, enjoy an unobstructed view of the ocean, a soothing setting to admire at any time of day. The large enclosed garden is perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet, sharing convivial meals around the barbecue or letting children play safely. Whether you are seeking rest, sea air or discoveries in the heart of nature, this house is the ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of the Breton coast.
Entry is via the garage in the basement: go up the stairs and discover a warm living space, opening onto two large separate balconies that go around the house. An external staircase allows you to access the garden directly from one of the balconies, perfect for making the most of fine weather. The open and modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils necessary for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people, and in the evening, you can relax in the lounge, comfortably installed facing the sea.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two have a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and the third has a bunk bed (90x190 cm). Each of the bedrooms offers direct access to the balcony.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilets are separate for added comfort.
A washing machine is at your disposal, as well as a high chair for the little ones.
Several vehicles can be parked in the courtyard. The garage is accessible and allows you to store bicycles, paddleboards, kayaks or surfboards safely
