"We had a great family holiday here. The owners were really helpful and responsive to questions and allowed us to check in early on the first day which was much appreciated after a 4.45 wake up on the ferry! The house was clean and bright and had everything we needed. The warm outside shower was great for after the beach. Lovely beaches very nearby which we had to ourselves (end of May). The garden was great for the kids and we enjoyed the selection of garden games. We’d come and stay here again....

"Lovely property with sea views from most rooms and a lovely outdoor heated pool (which was very appreciated as the sea in this area is fairly chilly!) Really short walk down to a very pretty and sheltered sandy bay with lots of rocks to scramble on. Roscoff itself is a pretty (if very tourist focused) town with attractive buildings, a beautiful church and lots of crêperies. All in all a lovely family holiday"

"Very clean, modern. Good size garden. Indoor pool was very popular with all of us adults and children alike. Gîte is very close to Roscoff and St pol de Leon. Easy to cycle to both towns on cycle path. Très propre, moderne. Jardin de bonne taille. La piscine intérieure était très populaire auprès de nous tous, adultes et enfants. Gîte est très proche de Roscoff et de St pol de Leon. Facile à faire du vélo jusqu'aux deux villes sur la piste cyclable."

"While the house was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and obviously a well-renovated quaint older substance building…..NOTHING can top the terrace facing the ocean in the back of the house. With the location of the house at the end of the street and well-situated screens/walls the deck is completely private, right on the edge of the ocean above granite boulders, so when the tide comes in you can hear the waves breaking…nothing says vacation more than soaking in the hot tub to that...

"We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ty Billou. As well as being great for the kids who loved the pool, hot tub and garden, the layout made it very relaxing for us as well as it is easy to keep an eye on everyone. The location is great and the trip included a very easy journey to Brest to the aquarium as well as numerous empty local beaches. Must also say how friendly and helpful the locals are especially in the Santec supermarket. Arnaud and Marie were also great. One minor comment is some...

"Wir wurden ganz sympathisch und sehr herzlich von Mathilde empfangen! Im Haus war alles bereits hergerichtet! Betten waren bezogen und ein paar Getränke standen bereit! Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl! Alles was man zum Wohl fühlen braucht war vorhanden! Die Küche ist top ausgestattet einzig der Herd ist in die Jahre gekommen! Spiele und sogar Bücher in sämtlichen Sprachen! Deutsches Fernsehprogramm! Wunderschöner Meerblick vom Sofa aus! Der Garten mit Hängematten und sitz Ecken! Tolle Markisen! Alles...

The view of the beach/sea from the lounge changes from hour to hour, so you can sit there every day and see something different, it is truly magical. "Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet mit großem Garten. Der Pool wurde von den Kindern immer gerne genutzt. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Meter vom wunderschönen Strand des Amiets entfernt, den man fußläufig sehr schnell erreichen kann. Wir haben zwei schöne erholsame Wochen in der Bretagne verbringen dürfen."

"House was great for a beachside holiday. There is lots to do reasonably close by but we didn’t stray far. The sunsets were fabulous. Compared with England the area is very quiet, dotted with small villages and some bigger old market towns. Pool, thought conpact, was better used than we had expected. Hosts very friendly."

"Perfect house for a week away with the family. Kids loved the pool, which was great for when the weather was a bit cloudy. Beaches are really close by and easy to access. The hot tub was ideal as well, and well maintained. Lots of beds for our large family one double downstairs with adjacent shower room for parents, then two double rooms plus a room with two singles and a bunk bed upstairs for the kiddies."
