In front of the hotel, there are several buildings that are falling apart, which makes the view from the windows quite unpleasant. The rooms at the back of the building are very dark and receive no sunlight at all. "

"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "

"Handy being right next to the railway station, however, the restaurant was unaccomodating, wouldnt serve dinner OR breakfast due to a football group being there, not even a coffee was supplied for breakfast, had to go in search of food, the city centre is a mile away or 30mins walk."
