Staff and Hristo the owner went out of their way to be helpful and we really appreciated all the little extra thoughtful touches such as a handwritten personal welcome notice displayed in reception. "Fabulous old mansion converted to antique luxury hotel, room 302 with spacious balcony with a view, edge of quaint Old Town. Owner helpful tho a grump. Gorgeous place tho only 2 of 7 accessible electrical outlets worked for charging. Highly recommended tho elevator only one floor of four."
