"Absolutely friendly and helpful host that showed us around the place, explain the history, made us feel very welcome. We experienced the adjacent hiking trails and fed the beautiful horses. "A good hotel on an industrial/commercial site, no restaurant on site but several nearby. On arrival we had a rug on the floor at the bottom of the bed which, to us, was a safety hazard. So we took it up. Only to find inches of dust, sand, old rose petals and even finger/toe nails. Very offputting. Obviously hadn’t been moved for a very long time. Some serious attention needs to be given to housekeeping."
