"Bad: internet not working, a strong and unpleasant disinfectant odor in the entire hotel, hallway carpet worn out, painting needed throw out hotel, Good: Bathroom very clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast quite acceptable."

"If I were being picky , I could mention the fact that this property is well kept and very clean . Other than the laundry service missed a few hairs . That is so insignificant; I was wowed by the staff management and the room concierges . This Hotel is so wonderful anytime I’m in this area again I will stay there . Breakfast will get your day right . And the staff will get you safety and sleep right . Loved my stay ."

"It was clean but needed lots of repair work done. Unfortunately, there is NO insulation in the walls as we spent both nights awake listening to loud music, arguing, screaming, cussing, and doors slamming. We did not get much sleep. The front desk was called but the issues continued. Not sure we will stay here again."
