"Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus.
Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. The property is located directly behind a very loud restaurant/bar, making it quite noisy, and the surrounding area wasn’t particularly appealing. Considering the price, it was disappointing overall.
