"The rooms and lobby were clean and well maintained. The breakfast area was also clean and well supervised. The pool was satisfactory; clean and well maintained. The outer parts the building need some attention. Door for the pool area was broken from the outside. No cover from the sun was available by the pool ex. tree shade or umbrellas. The bed frames were squeaky."

"The La Quinta in Lincoln CA was in the perfect location for us. It was clean and very comfortable. The Fitness equipment was in good shape, the pool and hot tub were perfect and we loved sitting out on the patio in the morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The first night we could not get the TV to turn on and we called the Front Desk, and someone was up to our room in seconds. When we figured out it was the batteries in the remote they had some at the Front Desk and gave them to us and instructed us not to throw then old ones in the trash can. They covered all of the bases. The only low spots were the eggs were cold one morning, which cannot always be controlled, and hot water for tea was not very hot usually. But we just heated it in the microwave. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was the cleanest we have come across lately. Absolutely the best experience we have had in years. Thank you and all of your staff."
