"Konnie was one of the best hosts I have had! She contacted me a week before our stay to make sure our stay was perfect. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect. Only about a 5 min drive to the fields and a short distance to food/parks/walmart ect. The house was great for our family of 5. We really enjoyed the backyard and patio. We will definitely be staying here if we come back to Conway!"

"Not only did the owner accommodate us in short notice but he made sure to help sort any issues we had… which were NONE! I was in AWE of the house/cabin and the scenery. Pictures do not even begin to describe how gorgeous, private and fun this place is. We are already making plans to come back! "

"We stayed for around 5 days after Christmas and had an amazing time. Troy is very responsive and the check in process was seamless. Absolutely love that there’s a hot tub and a sauna right next to each other, makes those winter days and nights more fun. Incredible views too, sunset/sunrise is special here. The accommodation itself was clean, organized and cozy. We will absolutely be booking again!"

"Stayed for our daughter's graduation from UCA and it was a perfect relaxing spot away from the hustle and bustle of campus and Toad Suck Daze. Teen and young adults loved the game space in the garage! Kitchen and baths had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. It is aboout a 10-15 minute drive from city center."
