"Property, room and staff great. Air conditioning not quite powerful enough. Location was just right for a tiny town. Sign on top floor needs replacing. Gives a poor image. Overall excellent for the price. "

"This motel is convenient and affordable, clean and comfortable. Comparable to other motels in the area but a better price. In a scenic location with pond, wildlife, and view of the hills, in a quiet, out-of-town location but only a short drive to town."
