"Many of the aspects about this property were good, as expected. The location was perfect, near restaurants, and convenient to the venue at which we attended a concert. The unit was very clean, also, and quiet, which we were looking for. Because this was our first VRBO stay, we did not know entirely what to expect. We would have appreciated a little more communication regarding accessing the unit, and/or someone on site to welcome us and be available to answer questions. We also were not thrilled...

"This was an excellent spot to rest the night before a planned outing. All of the building codes were emailed in advance, and the bed was so comfortable I was asleep in about 10 minutes. Would def. use again!"

"Over Memorial Weekend we had 4 adults and a toddler with us staying in this lovely condo. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and open concept there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy a comfortable place to wind down after a busy day at the lake. Would definitely recommend!"

"We liked the unit, clean & well maintained for an older home. There’s a hill you have to descend to get to the water but it’s easily accessible by well maintained stairs. The parking was not clear, as there was only one parking spot & we had 2 cars but there was a public lot very close by so not really a problem. We’d stay again!"

"Had a great weekend stay! The house was perfect and was exactly as described. Cute rustic decor and a great location. My husband and I wear able to walk to dinner each night and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were even able to bring our dog and he loved it too. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends."

Even though the listing was accurate, we were still surprised by how lovely it was when we walked in: updated, nicely furnished, clean, calm, comfortable, well-situated. "The cottage was definitely rustic and quaint. We loved the screened porch and the location. Do not expect all conditions to be clean and sanitized, however. For instance, the pillow on the main bed needs to be thrown away as does the mattress cover and some blankets (mold and various stains). You do need to bring your own sheets and towels (not sure it stated this in instructions), but it didn't really help with the 'ick factor ' knowing what was under the sheets. "Communication was great w/ host, very responsive. Cabin was nice, w/ plenty of space. We were disappointed it poured all weekend so we couldn’t use fire pit or venture for a walk to the water falls behind cabin. Roads were hard to travel to get to cabin but other than that, no complaints!"
