"The hotel was as leonardo hotels always are; clean, comfortable and well located. The highlight in this hotel were the amazing staff, particularly at breakfast. All of them worked tirelessly to make the area clean and well stocked, Kieran worked with a smile, Billie was energetic, extremely welcoming and was so friendly whilst Chris was our son’s star magician! He was not only working hard, as the others were, but made out son feel super special - showing him magic tricks and checking on him. We had already said that we would gladly stay here again but now, we want to come sooner purely to see the wonderful people that work there! Thank you all for an amazing stay."

The person in the room next door was talking (maybe gaming) loudly all night, until some time after 5.30am, making it impossible to sleep. "This is a GUEST HOUSE and not a hotel. I guess I misunderstood this. We came in after check-in was closed at 8:30 p.m. and didn't realize they closed. Radiators went off for a long time and the room was cold. Moisture from the roof was on one wall. Bathroom was clean and nice but small. Room was large. There was a door to a semi-balcony but we didn't have access to it. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. There was no refreshment of tea and milk. The bed was comfortable."
