Top Plymouth Hotel Reviews
Future Inn Plymouth
10/10 Excellent
"We have stayed there before and will do again in the future which tells you something. As well as being clean & comfortable, it is in a central location."
Boringdon Hall Hotel and Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing experience all round, can definitely recommend!"
Leonardo Hotel Plymouth
8/10 Good
"We’ve stayed here a few times. Great central location. Parking £10 for 24 hours. Breakfast not great so we no longer opt for that and head to a local cafe. Always clean and comfortable."
The Moorland Hotel
8/10 Good
"This hotel is in a great country location with extremely friendly staff, from the check-In, dinner service, breakfast and checkout. The hotel is very reasonably priced but this is probably due to the fact that the decor is old, a bit tired and in need of redecoration throughout. It was clean however the wallpaper was dated, the paintwork needed redoing and the carpet was clean but with the signs of oils stains, none of this bothered me but if you are fussy then maybe pay more and go elsewhere. Bed was comfortable and a good nights sleep. The restaurant was well worth a visit even if you don’t decide to stay here as the food was very well priced and of excellent quality. I had the venison steak, seasonal vegetables, salt & pepper chips & blue cheese sauce on the side, and must say that the steak was tender, cooked to perfection and the vegetables, chips & sauce were extremely tasty. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. In conclusion hotel worth staying at if don’t mind the decor a bit dated / tied, restaurant definitely visit."
The Grosvenor Plymouth
8/10 Good
"The location was ideal, just a 5 minute walk to The Hoe, easy walk to The Lido and the Barbican, 20 minutes from the Train Station, the room I stayed in was small but adequate for what I needed, they no longer do Breakfast but there are a choice of places within a 10 minute walk, bed was comfy and a selection of teabags and coffee in the room, these aren’t always replaced daily but if you ask at reception they will give you some, would definitely stay again if I go back to Plymouth especially for the price."
Copthorne Hotel Plymouth
8/10 Good
"Absolutely fine. Close to centre and walking distance from Home Park. A bit faded decor and no air con in the room but fans provided. Decent breakfast. Parking was a bit of a nightmare as on the day of my arrival the doors to the underground car park had broken and I had to route via Sainsbury's car park risking a fine but thankfully the hotel staff managed to override the parking database and it appeared to have worked. Generally all was good and I would recommend and use again."
Invicta Hotel
8/10 Good
"This is a great little hotel despite it being very old and in need of some repair in places. The staff were great and couldn't do enough for you. The room was small but clean and had everything we need in it. The shower looked old but was very powerful and easy to use. Breakfast was very nice and there were plenty of options. It was a great location for us as we got to explore the Hoe in the afternoon and then it was a short walk to the theatre in the evening. This is a great place to stay if you don't mind something that isn't quite perfect but is friendly, helpful and clean. We will return again on our next visit to the theatre,"
