"Upon arriving, you can smell smoke and urine walking through the door.
The place is old and ran down. The elevators were filthy.
Our room had blood splatter on the bathroom door and on the wall. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Just new towels placed inside.
There wasn’t any working Wi-Fi
The front desk associate was pleasant at night and during the day. If only I could receive a refund, we couldn’t even shower there. We had to go home just to shower."
"The room was clean, but it was not easy to find due to confusing road signs from the interstate. Also, for some reason, the fridge was unplugged, causing a musty smell. Everything else was great, except there was no power for a while because someone hit a transformer, so no light in the morning for a while. But that was not the hotel's fault. I would say again"
"Mainstay is a perfect location for the Phoenixville downtown! The Italian restaurant downstairs is also delicious.
Only thing to take note is the space, two is perfect per room but 2+ may be a little tight since it is less space."
