"We stayed her with our five kids and a dog. The place had a great game room set away from the living room for our three teenage boys to hang out in and be boys. The girls had the living room so plenty of space when they needed a break from each other. It was pretty expensive tho. Figured it would be nice to have toilet paper, some dishwasher tabs, paper towels...basic stuff that most vrbo homes to start out with. All in all it good stay."

"This cabin had ample room for 4 couples. Bedrooms were adequate, the common areas spacious. (The entire house was super clean and all appliances nearly new.) However, we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the wonderful location overlooking the lake! The deck was perfect for meals, down by the dock fun for "happy hour", and the fire pit perfect for afternoon reading and evening fires. We enjoyed the kayaks and rowboat provided. The host was pleasant and available to answer questions...

"Beautiful home with wide open garage with easy access. Home was just perfect for our family. My girls loved the room with twin beds and my husband and I appreciated the king master bedroom. Not much for a yard but we didn’t care about that. Easy access to highway, Dunkin and grocery stores. New Hampton is a beautiful town! Thanks for sharing your home with us!"

"Outdoor deck was not safe especially the steps leading to deck. The house was clean and exactly as it appeared on site. Not enough towels or toilet paper for 7 people. We had to run out and purchase toilet paper, only 2 already opened rolls were at property. Overall a beautiful place and neighborhood. Would definitely stay again."

"The Meredith Cottage is an oasis away from home. The owners have considered all the details and amenities one needs while staying there. The house is very well stocked, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Location is walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Our family of four spent a weekend here. We could have easily fit twice as many people. The cabin was clean, organized, and well stocked. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. "We came in town for a ski race at Gunstock. I had my 11 year old son and my parents with me. The condo was super comfortable, clean and the linens were soft and good quality. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were AMAZING!! Kristina answered my question quickly and was so helpful and nice. She even left us a bottle of wine! "Cute cottage no bugs!! Overall the cottage was a great place to stay for weekend get away. I especially liked not seeing cobwebs or crawling insects! The owner was quick to respond to any concerns I had. I loved the water view from the deck and the stars at night were awesome! Chilling with a nice glass of wine was great!"

"We were in New Hampshire for our daughter's 2024 Graduation from Plymouth State University. Josh's cabin was the perfect place to stay as it was conveniently located just a few miles from campus and easily accessible from the highway. It was competitively priced with the hotels in the area and offered more bang for our buck. This is definitely a great find. Josh was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone."

"The cottage was definitely rustic and quaint. We loved the screened porch and the location. Do not expect all conditions to be clean and sanitized, however. For instance, the pillow on the main bed needs to be thrown away as does the mattress cover and some blankets (mold and various stains). You do need to bring your own sheets and towels (not sure it stated this in instructions), but it didn't really help with the 'ick factor ' knowing what was under the sheets.
