"I wanted to give it a 5. The staff was amazing . But we did find a cockroach in our room when we got there, the room was also not super clean, everything just had that humid feel to it even with the ac on, the bathtub and shower was wet like they just sprayed it with a cleaner and left it and the floors were sticky. The rooms are great and newly updated but something about just felt dirty."

"We are in the vacation rental business as well and we just needed a one night as we were totally full in our vacation homes We’re looking for a hotel hotel here on Cape Pond is willing to deal with other owners of similar properties for discounts. Haven’t been able to find one.."

"Facility overall was clean, but older rugs and hand rails could have been cleaner. Room was not cleaned on second day after do not disturb sign was removed shortly after breakfast. The Breakfast itself was reasonable, but there were items that ran out because crew could not easily keep up with the demand. Location is very good, did not use the pools but they appeared to be enjoyed by those who did."

"This is just what this area of Cape Cod needs, updated lodging with flair. This remodel could be featured on rehab show it is so good. The rooms are unique, the pools are done nicely and the restaurant and seating area is stylish and plentiful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars as at the end of the day it’s still a motel and the parking lot is a big part of the property. I will definitely stay there again!"

"The shower had hair all over. The pool in pictures looks to be an indoor open pool but was empty and closed We checked out the next morning even after paying another night and found a different hotel."

"We had a great stay. Alicia at the front desk was excellent servicing us with our every need while we were there, she’s very pleasant and super helpful. All the other staff were also friendly that we interacted with. The property was clean and well kept, room was cozy l aside from a small hiccup with one of the bed sheets that was a little dirty. That was replaced with no problem when brought to Alicia’s attention. Would stay here again"

"The property was clean and the woman who checked us in was fantastic. She was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast on the other hand was awful. Tried to eat it both mornings and couldn't. Eggs were clearly powdered and were flavorless. The potatoes were barely cooked and hard. Sausage was barely warm. Coffee was ok. With that in mind, I would still stay again knowing I was going out for breakfast every morning!"

"The location was excellent! Convent to walk all over Main St and the harbor. The lighting needs to be upgraded in the sink are. It is not enoughignting to apply make up and do hair. Also there should be at least two chairs in the room, a small round table with two chairs."
