"Me and my partner stayed at this hotel, when it was advertised it wasn’t advertised as an apartment/hotel. The swimming pool was a little bit under the weather and needed a bit of a freshen up so we didn’t use it. The hot breakfast didn’t look very appetising so we didn’t eat it. "I stayed a couple of nights in this nicely maintained and well managed hotel that is about a 15 minute drive to central Lagos. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning, safety deposit box and mini fridge. "Very basic accommodation. Ac was fine. Wifi was fine. Hot water was fine. No fridge for cold drinks. A bit of a sewer gas issue. Main complaint: very little soundproofing between rooms. I could hear my neighbours clearly (even snoring at night). Great location though. Relatively quiet street but still close to the old town and marina."

"Hotel location is fantastic. Out the main doors and straight on the Main Street.hotel is clean inside. Staff were helpful etc on arrival/departure. Being on the main strip the music is very very loud until 3-4am it can be heared even when the doors are closed.they have a restaurant under the hotel called RICCO. "Beautiful property with clean spacious rooms. The included breakfast had a great variety and the coffee machine made awesome drinks. The location was close to popular beaches. The only hiccup was the tv.. nothing worked.. not even regular tv. Thankfully we weren't there to relax and watch tv but i could see it being annoying if you like to watch tv before going to bed."

"Nicely located with a great pool and garden with plenty of loungers and parasols. A short walk from a few beautiful beaches and 5 or 6 very good and restaurants/bars than are reasonably priced. Staff are very helpful and welcoming - not once did we see a member of staff walk past an empty glass or piece of litter without stopping to pick it up and bin it. Parts of the hotel are a little tired but the rooms are spacious and well kept"
