* Please report any damages that occur during stay

* There is a $500 fee for smoking in the premises.

* Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.

* These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.

* Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on the platform's policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

This property is located in The Arrowhead Lake gated community which requires

guest registration to enter. We will reach out to guests to gather specifics

about your stay (via messaging) so we can register you in the system once you

have booked your stay. We will need guests to respond to the information

requested at least 5 days prior to check-in, so please monitor your inbox

after booking.



The Arrowhead Lake Community offers all of the amazing amenities listed below

which you will have full access to during your stay.

**Pools will be open on the weekends starting Memorial Day Weekend and open

daily the third week of June. The pools close for the season on Labor Day.
