The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the road, which allows easy access and quick connection to the surrounding towns and attractions. In the spacious yard there is a court for basketball, badminton and volleyball, ideal for active rest and fun. A well-kept garden with a swimming pool provides the perfect place to enjoy swimming and complete relaxation. Beautiful pebble beaches are only 30 minutes away by car, which means that you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the house and at the same time be close to the sea.
The house covers 280 m2 and can accommodate up to 12 people. It consists of 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens with a living room and 3 bathrooms, which provides enough space for a comfortable stay.
