Cute boutique hotel in a great location close to shopping, beach, and restaurants. Loves the complimentary drinks but the breakfast was less desirable. Great stay for the value.

Always a nice stay at Eden 💕

The property was clean, in a walkable area, and conveniently located near shops and dining options. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which made it a peaceful place to stay. Communication with the host was smooth during booking and check-in. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for easy access to local attractions and a comfortable stay.

The hotel was beautiful. The outdoor pools were great and everything was well maintained. I’m literally knocking two stars off mainly for service. I’ve never received worse service at such a high end hotel. We would sit down at a restaurant that was nearly empty and wait 30 minutes for someone to come take our order while the 20 or so staff just stood around and did nothing. And then pointing out that we had been waiting 30 mins (which it takes an insane amount for me and my husband to complain) just got us a rude stare and a “what do you want?” Service was also horrible at the pool. A million wait staff doing absolutely nothing bc they know they’ll still get their automatic 20% for our $30 drink. It’s wild. Coffee shop and other spots inside also had the same rude service. We ate at other places in miami/south beach and received exceptional service. I definitely don’t plan on spending my money here again. I’d also like to point out the location is a bit isolated from any outside restaurants/shops. Which almost forces you to eat at their way overpriced restaurants just out of sheer necessity. Lastly, the rooms felt dated. It was okay but certainly nowhere near what you’d expect for $600/night. Won’t be revisiting.

We absolutely LOVE this hotel! Customer service is excellent. Everything is neat and clean and high quality. I am very pleased and would definitely continue to visit this hotel in the near future.
