Schrecklich / Abzocke

Die Ankunft war schon sehr chaotisch. Eine Reception gibt es nicht. Eine Person spricht schlecht englisch. Wir warteten 30 Minuten. Negativ: - Das ursprüngliche Zimmer hatte entgegen dem Beschrieb keine Klimaanlage - Wir konnten zwar in ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage wechseln, dieses war aber kleiner und mit weniger Komfort ausgestattet als das ursprüngliche Zimmer und das Hotel war nicht bereit, uns im Preis entgegenzukommen. Zudem funktionierte auch dort nur eines von drei Klimageräten. - es hatte „Krabeltiere“ in den Zimmern - das Geschirr im Zimmer war von den Vormietern noch dreckig - Hotelpool konnte nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden. Da dieser während dem Tag mit Chemie behandelt werden musste. Nach 3 Stunden war er wieder offen. - Im ursprünglich gebuchten Zimmer funktionierten weder der TV, noch alle Lampen. Zudem waren die Steckdosen nocht montiert, bzw hingen raus! - Wir erhielten keinen Zimmerschlüssel - weder für das erste, noch für das zweite Zimmer. Es sei hier sicher. War die Antwort. - Bei der Zimmertüre war die Scheibe eingeschlagen - Entgegen dem Beschrieb und der Buchung erhielten wir kein Frühstück - da am Morgen um 8 Uhr keine Mitarbeiter im Restaurant, bzw. in der Unterkunft anwesend waren. - Es waren nur die dreckigen Gläser auf der Theke - Am Morgen war niemand da für das Check Out. Positiv - der Ausblick auf die Stadt am Abend, wenn die Bauarbeiter Feierabend haben & ruhe einkehrt Diese Unterkunft ist eine reine Abzocke. Empfehle ich keinem Feind.
