"Overall it was just about fine for just 2 nights but most staff interactions were met with a "no".
Can anyone help with luggage? No.
Can we post our stamped postcards with you? No.
Can you check before charging our card as we wanted to use a different one? Oops, too late...
So, all very basic and not afraid to charge heavy fees for everything eg 30 euros for the car park."
