The nearest town is Poggibonsi, less than 2 km from the Villa. The property is located near a pedestrian path along a river. In the center of Poggibonsi you will find many characteristic cheap restaurants, banks, cinemas, pharmacies, supermarkets, ATMs, pizza, ice cream parlors and grocery stores. English: Villa Description: - Parking: You can choose to park your cars in an outdoor space in front of the property gate or in the large covered parking lot of your villa (easily accessible by walking along the garden fence). INTERIOR OF THE VILLA (LAYED ON TWO FLOORS) 1) GROUND FLOOR: A large entrance hall elegantly furnished with sofa and coffee table. In front of you a massive and suggestive stone staircase (on the right) and the large corridor (on the left) that lead you to the DINING AREA where you will find a Big Table, an ancient cradle full of plates, cutlery, clothes pegboard and everything you need to eat meals. Next to the dining area there is the KITCHEN with a very large classic Tuscan FIREPLACE and all the modern comforts and stoves necessary to prepare your meals. Here also a table, dishwasher, oven, large fridge and freezer. In the Kitchen there is also a door that leads to the back of the garden with access to the Laundry Area and the Annex where there are two Bedrooms (one Double and one Twin) and two Bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area both have a large panoramic window overlooking the Tuscan countryside. In fact the back of the villa is in a higher position than the front where the main garden is located. From the back windows you can enjoy a view as if you were on top of a hill. On the ground floor of the Villa there is also a super large, luxurious and super cozy LIVING ROOM with lots of sofas, armchairs, a large royal table, a desk, a large TV, plus there is a real football!!
