Due to misinformation, I had to pay extra for the spa access. In the Expedia offer it was mentioned that the spa access was included but I was told that I had to pay extra because the information in the Expedia offer was wrong. I only chose this place because of the fact that spa access was included.

A room with a view and a welcome as warm as the setting sun. We had an idyllic night in the Inferno room. Well worth the small upgrade fee to be facing South and enjoy the same view that the vines enjoy all year round. The bed was very comfortable, the location was very peaceful and the Ill Poggerio restaurant is the perfect accompaniment to the tranquil setting. Breakfast is simple and wholesome. The omelette was delicious and made from organic eggs that have a story all to themselves. The team who looked afye ua could not be more friendly with great english as well. We will definitely be returning to enjoy more nights here at the Wine Hotel and next time take the opportunity to enjoy the spa and hot tub. Thank you ❤️

Piccolo hotel sulle colline appena sopra Sondrio, con una bella vista sui vigneti sottostanti. Il personale è gentilissimo ed attento ad ogni esigenza. Le camere sono graziose e sempre pulite, e dato il ridotto numero di camere il posto rimane abbastanza riservato e mai affollato. Bella anche la yacuzzi esterna (inclusa) e la possibilità di riservare la piccola spa interna ad uso privato (extra), che tuttavia offre in più solo una sauna e la privacy, e che potrebbe essere potenziata per giustificare il prezzo.

Amazing stay at Retici Balzi. Breakfast is wonderful. The room is spacious and clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. 100% recommended. I have no doubt I'll stay there when I come back to Valtellina.

Helt fantastiskt hotell. Stort bekvämt rum med enorm terrass. Underbar utsikt, trevlig engagerad personal. Och närmaste granne en riktigt bra restaurang. Området underbart för vandring i bergen. Detta är ett hotell man vill återvända till.

Superb boutique hotel. Staff, service and accommodations were first class and extremely helpful with recommendations on restaurants, hikes, wineries, local attractions including train to St Moritz etc.. This is a five star hotel! The view from the room was fabulous and the breakfast of farm fresh eggs were delicious! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is a 5 star hidden gem.
