My room was ok on ground floor the view was not good as had other building back. The TV did not work and I have mention on 1 day they said will be fix ( I stay 3 nights) and not work during my stay Only tea offered in room Breakfast it’s very good lots of options Reception people were good in special morning lady. Easy to get around beach or town"

"Excellent stay due to the service of all of the staff which was amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was as presented online and the views were breathtaking. The only criticism we would make is the breakfast which was a bit limited to our taste however the staff were accommodating when requests were made. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Sarande!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Art, the room Was spacious, modern and clean. A few little things in the bathroom could have had a better finish but didn’t affect us. Breakfast was pretty good. Menu for lunch & dinner was good and food was nice. Bar was fab. Pool area really nice, modern, comfy beds , pool was COLD ! But was a nice break from the heat. Mario was a fabulous staff member, made us feel really welcome and looked after us! The location was ok, the map is a bit misleading, it looks like it’s on a lower road but it’s not, is built in the hill , so either a quick steep walk ( lung busting) up to the hotel or a more gradual ( not pleasant scenery) walk down/up. Overall enjoyed our stay and would defo recommend."

"Perfect location. Right by the shops, restaurants and bars - including the rooftop at the top of the hotel. Right by the bus stop and we even got picked up right outside for our day trip to Blue Eye in Ksamil. It’s a basic room but perfect for us just to lay our heads. Also the shower was cold in the morning but it was so hot that day I didn’t mind! Receptionist was very helpful. Bargain price too. We recommend."

"Beautiful, spacious, modern rooms. Great shower. Stunning view from the room, pool and restaurant. Truly breathtaking. The only two drawbacks for me were: The location: far up a hill with nothing nearby. As someone without a car, I’m glad I was only staying one night because taxis in Albania are expensive. At the same time, you can’t get that view without being high up. If you have a car or ample budget for taxis (35-40 euros round trip) you might not mind as much! The restaurant: Dinner at the restaurant was not great. I had the chicken risotto and ended up eating around the chicken. Drinks were good. Wine was great. And breakfast was really great!"
