"The check-in process seemed unusual to us. No one was there when we arrived and we didn't know how to enter the hotel. Fortunately we had a Romanian speaking guide who called the proprietor. Once inside, everything was in fine order. However, the property is not as accessible to the city center as shown in the listing. "

"This is a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful setting. Getting to it is an absolute nightmare. One has to travel down almost 2 miles of dirt, gravel road up the side of a mountain, the GPS that I was using got completely confused and sent me down the wrong dirt road, someone from the hotel had to come to the town square to lead me cause it was impossible to find the place. Once there the hotel was great, staff from friendly and pleasant. If one is going to stay here make sure to rent a 4x4...

"The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other people staying there. The floor upstairs is the ceiling of your room and you hear every step and all the sound echos. The stairs are very loud. Also, there is NO A/C. The room is good and the bathroom is big and clean, but the noise is too much. The host told me to go outside on the terrace to cool off. "On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English.
