Good communication from property manager with a few issues we had - broken toaster replaced and provided more cookware as found what was provided was lacking for the size of the property. "Had a great time celebrating my daughter’s bday here. My husband and I took 6 teenagers. They would go to the parks and we would stay and play in the game room for hours or relax out by the pool. The house is huge and everyone had their own room. We had ours downstairs away from them which was great. Everything was clean and organized. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. Check in and out was easy. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. "

"Overall, great stay! Nice spacious home with plenty of bedrooms, a washer/dryer, game room, private pool and hot tub, and a wonderful resort community pool/waterslide/club. Place was clean, just needs a nice deep clean as well as a new Keurig machine, as it wouldn’t power on. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Great place for a large group - we would stay again! "

"The house was a good size for our families, and the kids especially loved the Mario slide room—it was a fun highlight for them. However, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. Just two hours before our scheduled check-in, we were notified that we had to delay our arrival by 2.5 hours, which was extremely inconvenient given we were already on our way.
